Festival summer: dispose of your empty vapes properly!

From 27 to 30 June 2024, we will be in Eastern Switzerland at the legendary Openair St. Gallen, where we will ensure the correct disposal of empty vapes. Be a vape recycler too and bring back your e-cigarette.

Did you know that 6 vapes are the equivalent of one mobile phone battery? This is why e-cigarettes should be recycled. Because of the built-in rechargeable battery, they are classed as electrical appliances and must be disposed of properly. In this way, fires can be avoided and the recyclable materials contained can be returned to the cycle.

With the support of Openair St. Gallen, empty vapes can easily be returned to our vape collection boxes on the festival site. The collection boxes can be found at the information stand, in the merch shop or at the entrances. 

By the way: Vapes can also be returned free of charge to all collection points and vape shops thanks to the advance recycling contribution (ARC).
